To collect the debug logs on Windows:

1. Run Registry app (regedit.exe) as Admin.

2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Electronic Team\flexihub record and add the following key:

“daemon_log_level” with DWORD value = 4.

3. Restart the FlexiHub service:

Open services.msc (press Win+R on the keyboard, type “services.msc”, click OK).

In the “Name” column find FlexiHub and click “Restart”.

4. Reproduce the issue.

5. Collect the logs via FlexiHub GUI (“File” > “Save internal logs” in the menu) and send them to support@flexihub.com.
