Sometimes you can face the problem when Restart As Root option may not work correctly. We are working on solving this issue and so far the workarounds are the following:


  1. When choosing Restart as Root option Commander One quits, however, doesn’t restart again, try to make this step one more time.

  2. If you still face the issue, please, reboot your Mac.

  3. If the 2 steps above didn’t help, open Terminal (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app) and execute the following command:


sudo /Applications/Commander\ One.app/Contents/MacOS/Commander\ One


After that type the administrator password.
