Get a login token
When a team administrator adds a new team member to the team account, a login token for this team member is generated automatically:
Once the team member is added, the team administrator can copy the login token and send it to the team member via email, SMS, or any messenger app.
Upon receiving the login token, the team member may use it to log in to a FlexiHub account in the FlexiHub desktop app.
Note: Login tokens do not allow signing in to team accounts on the FlexiHub website. To login to a team account on the FlexiHub website, you should use an email address and password.
Log in using a token
To log in to a FlexiHub account, a team member needs to enter a login token they’ve received from their team administrator:
And click the Log In button:
Regenerate a login token
If a login token of a certain team member needs to be changed for some reason, a team administrator can regenerate it.
Note: after the login token is regenerated, the team member using the existing token will be logged out of the account and will need to use the new token to log in again.
To regenerate a login token, do the following:
In your team account, find the required team member and click the Edit button:
Click Regenerate under the login token that you want to change:
Once regenerated, you can copy the new token and send it to the team member via email, SMS, or any messenger app.
