In order to change folders assigned for each download tag by default, go to menubar and select Folx → Preferences → Tags. There you can create/edit a tag and specify the folder where the files with this tag will be downloaded. To create a new tag or delete an old one, you can use + and − buttons in the bottom left corner of the window.
