If the file/folder is larger than 10MB or the folder contains more than 10 files you will receive the error saying that there was an error while renaming or moving files. It happens due to the reason that BackBlaze doesn't support this feature.

If you need to rename a file, you will need to copy it to your local drive, make necessary modifications and upload it to BackBlaze anew. To move files, copy them to the new folder, delete it in the old folder in the cloud and upload the new folder to BackBlaze anew.
