Q. I have followed step-by-step instructions in the user manual, however, still cannot establish connection. Any suggestions?

A. Make sure that:

1. both hosts (server and client sides) have USB Network Gate installed and configured;

2. you can access without any problems this USB device on the host where it is physically attached (server side);


3. you have correctly specified remote (server side) IP address or network name on the client side;

4. Windows Firewall is configured.
