After connecting to your TV, you can launch the apps installed on your television directly from your iPhone or iPad — if your TV supports this feature.


You can do this from the main screen for Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Videoor from the Installed Apps screen. This screen shows all the apps installed on your TV, if your TV is able to provide the full list of installed applications. If the TV doesn’t support this, a preset list of popular apps will be displayed instead, and you’ll be able to launch any of them as long as the app is installed on your TV.


If your TV doesn’t support app listing and app launching, the apps list will appear empty.
