If you're having trouble hearing audio while streaming video from an iOS device to your TV, check whether the volume is turned up and not muted on your television or receiver.


If screen mirroring is done through a web browser, check if the sound is enabled on the page. To enable sound, click the unmute button on the playback controls on the page. If there are no controls, it means that mirroring with sound is not supported in that browser.


Note: Currently, screen mirroring to Fire TV and Roku devices is performed without sound. We are working on improvements, and this limitation will be resolved in the nearest future.
