If your TV is from 2012 to 2014 (E, F, H Models):

On your Samsung TV, go to Network > Allshare Settings > Content Sharing, and select the device with “Denied” next to it. Click it and change the setting to “Allow”.

If your TV is from 2015 to 2016 (J and K Models):

On your Samsung TV, go to Network > Multimedia Device Manager, and select the device with “Denied” next to it. Click it and change the setting to “Allow”.

If your TV is from 2017 (M, N, R Models and QLED):

On your Samsung TV, go to Settings > External Device Manager > Device Connect Manager. Select the device with “Denied” next to it. Click it and change the setting to “Allow”.
