On some devices, it is not possible to get the list of the installed apps. For example, Android TV, Google TV, and some Samsung TV models may not provide this information. In such cases, we show a preloaded list of apps that is common for all devices of that type.
If an app you need is missing, please contact our support team. We will review your request and consider adding it.
Some devices, such as older Samsung TV models, do not support apps at all. On these devices, the app list will appear empty, which is expected behavior.
