TVRem can send text only when the app uses the TV's built-in system keyboard. In this case, anything you type in TVRem is entered directly into the selected text field on the TV.
Some apps use their own custom keyboards instead of the system keyboard. When this happens, TVRem usually cannot send text because the app does not accept input from external keyboard services.
Examples of apps that commonly use custom keyboards include Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. In these apps, text input from TVRem may not work even though the TVRem keyboard is displayed on your device.
